Corn Syrup

I am sick of seeing all of these commercials lying by saying that high fructose corn syrup is natural and good for you. It is not.

It may come from corn but what they do to make sugar out of it isn't natural at all. It is processed by machines which means that it is man-made which is one reason why it is not natural.

Also sugar itself is not healthy for any person to consume if they have too much of it. If sugar is consumed too much it can cause weight gain, cavities, and a lot of other health problems.

Basically what i'm trying to say is that if you want something natural and sweet have something like fruit instead of processed materials and don't believe everything you hear from the commercials on tv.
